I would just take my chances with any country in Europe, even it turned out to be Belarus or Ukraine. At least in some of them you get free healthcare and education as well as a decent industry. Also, where guns are legal in Europe, at least they are trained to use them and are responsible.
Had this been asked in the 1950's. America, no question but today it seems so backwards in most things. Especially politics.
