inFAMOUS: Second Son Confirmed to Run at “1080p, 30 FPS Rock Solid”

Why not 720p and 60fps? Isn't 30fps crap? Isn't this new generation supposed to be full 1080p 60fps?

 

EDIT: On a side note, can't wait for the game. InFAMOUS2 was one of my favourite games of the seventh gen.
