You know the meaning you gave me "to fail completely" is vague and open for interpretation? Because it is. And flop is more of a slang word and you know it.

Actually, you are saying that dictionaries don't add words and additional meanings over the course of time. You said that when you try to denounce the addition of a new meaning that you currently think doesn't have a place (all though the definition is again, open for interpretation).

Your trying to save face, and I am trying to say flops just happen. Has nothing to do with quality or peoples enjoyment.

But I do say it's not in the current dictionary.

And by the way, there are three use listed for that word in the dictionary definition I provided.  Witchcraft indeed.
