Since when has a 73 meant a flop? in my books that means the game is pretty good, not a master piece but can be very enjoyable. Also ive seen many mixed reviews with some sites giving it 8,8 or 8, which means great in my books...however i know to some, if a game doesnt get a 9 then its shit.

Im not a shooter guy but i would buy Shadow fall over battlefield and COD anyday.

I think gamers reply to much on reviews and quite frankly...its sad...I've played many underrated games that score high and low and i love them. Dont be sheep and make your own decision.

Flopping is seperate from ones own personal view of quality. 70's games are fantastic IMO. But in this case people predicted mostly a 80's meta.

So it flopped. Big deal. Has nothing at all to do with quality.

No, it doesn't have to do with quality. It's about sales. A product flops if it doesn't meet SALES expectations. You have that word as you nickname, yet you don't even get that... ¬_¬

Yes it does, if people choose it to. You do not decide how people use words and words can have the capacity to have more then one use in a sentence.

The thread title says the word flop. People in the thread are using that word. Sales are non-existant at the moment. What does that tell you? That everybody saying it is wrong? Who are you to tell me the dictionary is static and new words/meanings aren't added and changed as time goes by?

What righteous stance do you have that comes to the defense of not a IP, brand or corporation.....but the use of a word in the dictionary?

Please, tell me.
