My view is that all discrimination comes from prejudice, but not all prejudice leads to discrimination.
If I am hiring someone, I might immediately assume the asian man is better at math than the (insert non asian race here) man, but as long as I don't make my final decision based on that initial stereotype then I see nothing wrong with that.
