The ending of MGS3. Where snake is standing in front of The Boss her grave. And the MGS theme is playing.
What also shocked was Alyx getting stamped on by hunter in half-life 2.
Remake RE 1 scared the hell out of me. The atmosphere of Medievil (AWESOME)! And shivers when i tried to save kratos his family with kratos, the music in that part is awesome (called: Zeus wrath divine) And the end battle with zeus in God of War 2.
