At some point between joining this forum and now I really, really grew to dislike Metacritic. I think between over-use on here and increasing apathy from reviewers in general meant that I just don't care what they think anymore.
Besides, reviewers rarely like what I like. I'll read the content of their reviews if it's a game I'm interested to see what they have to say about the title itself, and I'll make up my mind from there. I don't need an calculation of the arbitrary numbers thrown at the end to make that decision for me.
