As someone who works at Target, I'm pretty sure the discount is only 10%. Even with a redcard it's only 15%.

Yeah, employee and Redcard are 15%, he told me he could get 25% on the PS4. I didn't really question him about it, I just said, ow wow awesome.
Edit: it is possible I didn't hear him correctly, but I'm almost positive I did. I'll ask him again and let you know
