Black Ops 3 will be better (assuming it is coming to Wii-U; and I'd think it will be) since it'll be Treyarch handling their own code rather than dealing with someone else's.
That said, I'm not too surprised Wii-U got a bad deal. I understand we're in a cyclical "but we won't buy the games if they're bad ports!" kind of thing right now; but not enough people bought Black Ops 2 in the first place (which is a decent port) to warrant a vast amount of resources going into Ghosts to optimize it.
(I know, I know "we didn't get the DLC" etc., which is all true, but still).
I wonder how it'll sell.
