Yeah, a quick search showed that it would cost me $15 for one blu ray recordable and about $.02 for one DVD recordable(packed in with 100). I don't pretend to know what discounts a manufacturing company gets or what a master copy costs. You'd also also have to figure in selling 8 dvd's would cost more packaging to hold 8 dvds. But all in all blu ray isn't at a mass market price yet.
