Here we go again! Rumor: X1 version of AC4 is sub 1080p

Isn't AC normally running at 30FPS? I mean there's tons of frame rate drops on AC3 on consoles.

I would be concerned if AC4 can't even run 1080P at 30FPS on the Xbone.
