Doesn't the stronger hardware on the ps4 = more realistic graphics than the Xbox 1 therefore = Ultimate Realism?

Than again I guess PC is really where "Ultimate Realism" is cause PC graphics is gonna dominate these two consoles

But on the Other hand... Isn't real life the Ultimate Realism?
