Got to be Wii Sports.
I wouldn't have entered this gen without it.
Had hours of fun with it, playing it with family and friends, most of whom would never usually play a games console.
The memory of mine and my g/friends father giggling like school boys whilst playing tennis will stay with me for a good while.
It's what gaming is all about.
