Sony Bend = Uncharted 4
Naughty Dog (UC3 Team) = New IP
Ninja Theory = Heavenly Sword 2
Sumo Digital = LittleBigPlanet 3
Media Molecule = New IP
Team ICO = The Last Guardian for PS4
Sony Santa Monica (team Cory Barlog) have another game in developer but it's VERY early into development so it definitely won't be announced for a long time, it is also God of War IV so they need to save a megaton like that for a few years.
Naughty Dog also has two teams, one will continue working on the The Last of Us franchise and the other will create a new IP.
Guerrilla Games has multiple teams too, with Killzone: Shadow Fall being a launch game I doubt they'd announce their next project so soon.
