How exactly is a consoled "doomed"? Is it going to be discontinued from production, is it about to lose game support? Those who'd bought it will not have any more games to play?
None of the above stands. How else is it "doomed"? The console is magnificent and appeals greatly to those who like its style of games. Low sales, or "lower sales than competitors'" does not equal "Doom".
