Hm, the abbreviation ltd means life to date, which are the total sales at this moment. That's maybe a few thousends for KZ if you take into account the copies that were send out to consumers early.
What you are asking for is "lifetime sales". Sry to be a smart ass, but I've seen it used incorrectly several times lately.
