Whats so funny? I mean giving a ps4 to him was very cool on sony´s part but he needs to go out,go to the gym have a diet, swimming pool i dont know do something productive...He looks to be using videogames as some sort of escapism from real world problems and this youtube thing he has and the support of his wife looks to be contributing to his lack of phisical health even tough it stabilizes him psychologically to a certain extent.
Congrats for the ps4 tough!

He has been trying, his wife has been helping. You're sorta right, but over all before you judge him, you should watch this video.  His story.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZ1cUup0ATg

I have already seen it,and i wrote my comment having that info in mind call me a senseless bastard but i will not support or entice this kind of behaviour. I am filthy rich but i had to work hard to get where i am,i was once a fat kid, kids called me names and all of that but i didnt let those things affect me i took that"feedback"and i said to myself "they are right i am fat" so i cuted on sweets went to the gym and just had a more healthier lifestyle i only wish the same for him. But in order for that to happen i feel like this persona of his needs to go. He needs to commit to change, even tought he says in that video that he has been trying he seems consolidated with what he has a wife,a ps4,a house, money great accomplishments he also seems like a great guy. That said these videos of him,are basically offensive to those who are in a worser condition and they take away the focus from the real problem his health. So in the future i would like and enjoy to see videos of his recovery.

But again this is just my opinion and you have every right to disagree with it since this is a little controversial.
