The problem here is that IGN is intentionally trying to mislead potential buyers that they are equals spec wise before launch. It isn't true and IGN should be called out on their lies. 

I'm not sure what you think is wrong with what they said.

None of that is wrong and she did mention PS4 specs are better from a technical aspect.  I'm not sure how any of that is misleading.

To me he seems mad because this may entice someone to buy the Xbox over PS4. Maybe he has stock but he does seem awfully angry.
