I'm not sure what you think is wrong with what they said.
"From Raw Specs the PS4 has the edge but what matters the most is how devs use the hardware. Even then consoles dont show their best until later in the console cycle"
None of that is wrong and she did mention PS4 specs are better from a technical aspect. I'm not sure how any of that is misleading.
