I believe mentioning XO is totally unneccessary, cause then it raises the question about other platforms. Why not mention "maybe Vita"? It may come to Vita one day. Why not "maybe 3DS"? Why not "maybe iOS"? Seriously. The game is coming to PC, Mac and PS4, this announcement is totally clear and perfectly true. The sentence is in present continuous, so it tells about what is happening right now. Blizz doesn't seem to be working on an XO version, so as far as we know that game is not coming. If Blizz announces any other version it will change. But so far it is what it is.

Completely true. Thats why i am confussed as to why Imaginedvl got so upset over it no being mentioned.
