Doubt it's an exclusive game like Demon's Soul 2 or Uncharted 4. Those types of big announcements are more reserved for E3 or similar conferences.
He said exclusive content, so he probably fluffing a little and I would assume something like exclusive DLC or something.
I would say an announcement for PS4 version of Grand Theft Auto 5 with exclusive DLC or PS4 version of Dark Souls 2 with exclusive DLC.
