Perfect Dark didn't sell anywhere close to Goldeneye. Banjo Tooie didn't sell great either, the same goes for everything else they released in their last couple of years with Nintendo. Rare's games sold less while their development times and costs increased. That is a decline and there's no way anyone can argue otherwise.

I keep wondering why people say that microsoft killed rare when rare themselves are the sinking ship!
