Give it a break guys consoles have been notoriously shoddy. You make that your dominant criteria and a whole lot of consoles have to get out of the pool. The only console I consider to have had no technical flaws was my old 64, and that console was fool proof, and damn near indestructible. The thing literally had armor.

 

The actual system might have been tough, but the N64 controller analog stick got worn out pretty easily. I remember playing Goldeneye with my friends and there was always a race to get the non-jacked up N64 controllers, which we dubbed the "bitch controller" as whoever had it was everyone's bitch during the game because it was so hard to play with the jacked up analog stick.

 OT: SNES is no.1 in my book.
