Why should he? It's his console and he can do whatever he damn well pleases with his console. Target breaking street date isn't his problem.

It needs a day 1 update to work and he is selling it specifically stating in the ad that it can play single player games.  which is 100% wrong.  So some poor sap who doant know anything about it will spend a grand thinking him/his kid is getting the first and something special, when they cant use it for 3 weeks.  All that will do is piss more people off and doesnt help anyone
