Well COD releases a game every single year. GTA comes aorund once every 5 or so. Not really a fair comparison. I'm pretty sure Activision wouldn't swap the rights to CoD for the rights to GTA even if you held a gun to their head. CoD is a way bigger cash cow in the grand scheme of things.
