Any idea what happens with the next 40 odd gigs?

Just downloaded ghost for 360, it was under 8 gigs. It's damn near 50 on the next gen consoles. I am wandering whats all that extra gigs for? the slightly improved graphics?

Any Ideas? is the graphics boost alone using all of that?
