no it's not 4K (3840x2160) is exactly 4X 1920x1080 it's double the vertical and double the horizontal resolution. The only way to achive 4K in a 16:9 aspect ratio with multiple monitors would be 4 1080p screens in a square.

If you have 2x 1920x1080 monitors side by side you would get 3840x1080 OR 2160x1920 if it's vertical.
For example my other PC with 3x 1080P monitors has 5760x1080 or if the panels are vertical, 3240x1920 or roughly 33% less pixels than 4k.

On my main PC with triple 1440P monitors it's 4320x2560 in vetical or 33% more pixels.
