Non-Nintendo exclusives rarely go over 10 million, which is still a pretty significant milestone even in the current era, and even Nintendo games rarely go over 10 million unless they're bundled. The only non-Nintendo games to have reached seven-figure sales are most of the Gran Turismo games and Halo 3. For example, here are the Top 5 PS3 exclusives:

Gran Turismo 5: 10.55M
Uncharted 2: 6.23M
Uncharted 3: 6.01M
LittleBigPlanet: 5.22M
Uncharted: 4.6M

Even on the PS2, the only exclusives to breach 10 million were GT3 and GT4. So, even with the PS4 likely selling significantly better than the PS3, it's not likely than any exclusives other than the inevitable Gran Turismo 7 will hit the 10 million mark. Exclusives always have the disadvantage of being released on a single platform, while big third-party multiplatform platform titles like COD and GTA can consistently go over 10 million. 10 million is not an easy goal to hit even as big as gaming is today, and few games can ever expect to come even close to that mark even if they are multiplat. Realistically, 5 million should be considered outstanding sales figures for most exclusives.

Nintendo has the advantage of being a purely Japanese developer so they have one more region to sell to. But even then, they are having way less 10M sellers these days.
