Rockstar "Horrified" By Xbox 360 Bully Issues freezing and frame rate

Hey, at least this problem is being found on Bully and not GTAIV though I'm pretty GTAIV has already been submitted unfortunately. This is either going to make a delay or best case a simple patch.
