Welcome to the Brave and the Few. lol!

You need to download the Vita version on your PS3 first, using the special option on the disc. Then transfer the game to your Vita. You need to be logged in on your PSN account on your PS3 while transfering. :)

Your online pass should work on both version since they are under one account.

My friend got the PS3 version and he dont have a Vita, but we dont know he needs to use the online pass on my account or not

No problem.. digital version of Vita games don't use Online pass... Just do that using Your account and transfer via USB as said and ready to enjoy!
