Welcome to the Brave and the Few. lol!

You need to download the Vita version on your PS3 first, using the special option on the disc. Then transfer the game to your Vita. You need to be logged in on your PSN account on your PS3 while transfering. :)

Your online pass should work on both version since they are under one account.

My friend got the PS3 version and he dont have a Vita, but we dont know he needs to use the online pass on my account or not

Ohhh... well then you need to buy the Online Pass for your Vita. When you try to access the online multiplayer, you should get a prompt if you want to buy the online pass. Good job on getting a free copy xD

Edit: Unless your friend never used the Online Pass on his PS3 version, then you can use that but if he has already redeemed it or plans to play online. Then you got to buy your own pass.
