Theres a reason why i said normal difficulty!

Anyways Bayonetta was quite challenging on normal difficulty just to get through... nevermind perfection.

Also the core mechanic of Batman games is stealth not really the action fighting. I think of Batman the same way i think of Assassins Creed...the combat is designed like that on purpose because there are other mechanics the game uses to interest players. If Batman and AC games relied entirely on their combat mechanics then they would get a hell of a lot of criticism.

Just like Ryse in this case...the core mechanic seems to be the fighting...and it has a similar system to Batman/AC.

Personally i dont mind...i like the counter based combat mechanics. Im one of those guys that will strive to clear a level without getting hit. But doing a like for like comparison to Batman and Bayonetta is a bit silly.

I disagree... Bayonetta was the most easy hack'n'slash game I ever played... the Witch Time just make everything easy even in the Hard. And just when you will play the Infinity Climax to get the Platinum you is too strong that just needs to Hold Triange + Slash with the sword to instant kill every enemy in the game (this works in any difficult).

It is really easy (I need only to Hold Triange + Slash to kill any enemy) plus the Witch Time make the game for babies.

Witch time was only triggered when you counter right? Getting the timing right for a counter in Bayonetta is a bit more difficult than getting a counter in Batman, AC and im assuming Ryse. Enemies do a slow obvious attack on you one by one....you have all the time to counter in games like those. Bayonetta is more traditional hack n slash similar to DMC with tight timings and insane combos. And yeah sure you can play Bayonetta by just waiting and then counter...but who the hell plays bayonetta like that :?

Surely you see the difference between the two types of combat mechanics?
