At it's current performance yes. It seems M$ rushed the console and has not properly utilized the hardware and will be in need of WiiU style updates in order to get back on track. However, with that said I beleive that by mid to late 2014 the majorit of Xbone games will be able to utilize 1080p/30 , 1080p/60.
