I don't care what "people" say. It's Sony's God damned obligation to make exclusive Vita games at this point in its lifecycle.

Guerilla Cambridge made KZ:M, it's a different studio than the main Guerilla one that's working on KZ: Shadowfall. From what we know Bend is too small to have two teams working on a PSV and PS4 simultanously, hence a PS4 game means we won't be getting anything from them on Vita for years.

I totally agree with MUGEN and am pissed at Sony and Yoshida.

People...this is NOT about Sony Bend specifically! IF sony had shown more exclusives from their western studios for the vita this would be such a non issue and I wouldn't have cared what sony bend did. But as it stands Sony bend was the biggest dev from their first party line up to make a vita exclusive game. Now not only is it possible their next game is multiplat but it's likely it's not going to be on the vita at all. Vita has no solid exclusives announced from sony western parties at ALL. We are about to hit November now. 

Now I understand the argument that they shouldn't announce anything now with the PS4 launch coming up...that hype might overshadow the vita reveals. But they have no issue announcing games for the PS3 tho. How does that logic work? Is the PS3 in dire need of exclusives? Will games like Puppetteer, R&C etc actually make a difference on the PS3? No. They really don't. Both Puppetteer and most likely rain also will bomb. Imho they had a better chance on vita. 

Now for the argument that PS4 needs the support...what nonsense. Are we actually going to entertain the thought that the PS4 NEEDS Sony Bend? Lol come on now. PS4 has TWO ND teams, 2-3 SSM teams, MM, GG (2 games), Evolution etc etc on it already! The system is guranteed to get a ton of third party support too from the west and the east. An exclusive from a small team like Sony BEND makes no difference to the overall state of that system. But it does for the vita because vita actually needs it. 

If sony actually thought a launch of a new system is worthy of their full attention then I'm sorry I must have missed it for the vita. Vita had two abysmal E3s..and they actually managed to have an abysmal or close to abysmal showing at gamescom this year too

You can't blame third parties for lack of support. it's the hardware makers responsibility to make it happen. If sony actually thought not having any big exclusives secured such as a GTA or MH was gonna be ok for their new handheld they are dumb as hell. This logic applies the same for the wiiu and Nintendo btw. Not the third parties fault

What I want from them is not a whole lot. About two western games and two from Japan studios as exclusives go per year. Not really much. Especially considering Tearaway is being made by around 11 people. That game looks great.

Now will I praise them if they announce games? Absolutely. But I'm not going to pretend the current situation is ok..it's not. 

So this is the reason I stoped posting here. I used to complain about the lack of western support and everybody always used to respond that I was exaggerating, however, that is the truth.

My question is, Which AAA games has Sony announced for the first six months of 2014? The answer is non (Maybe Invizimals, but that is just a 2013 game which was delayed in America). Of course Gravity Rush 2, Freedom Wars and Soul Sacrifice Delta (along with some other Japanese games) will be eventually released, but that will happen in the Third and Fourth Quarters. Sony has 10 western studios and non of them has announced something for the system, we only have a rumour of an "Infamous Vita," and some other games nobody cares about (Playstation Vita Pets, Big Fest, etc.). 

That makes me sick, and it's no surprise that the Vita has very decent sales in Japan while in the US and Europe no one cares about it. Their only plan is "let the indies do our job" and "let's hope PS4's remote play will sell a few hundred Vita's."  This is the PSP all over again. Sony forgot about it due to the release of the PS3. Sony has like 20 AAA first-party games being developed for the PS4, and only a few for the Vita.

And it's not only the games, it's also the advertising. The only advertisement they make is upload a trailer in their YT channel, and that's it. Also, Sony makes crappy announcements for the system at E3 and GamesCom only to release a trailer of something way more interesting later in their blog and/or YT Channel.   

That's it. I'm never going to talk about it again, but that doesn't mean I'm happy with the management of the system.
