The difference is bigger then last gen, and there is a noticeable difference Also its not just kinect..the GPU and memory bandwidth on x1 are considerably worse.
On PC, compare the 2 gpu's pn ps4 and x1, there would be a noticeable different.
Also, games are also ruhsed at launch and will get more optimized on PS4...works both ways.
