Have you ever thought that Ubisoft has games that aren't announced that are coming to Wii U?

I actually suspect that a number of companies have multiple unannounced Wii U titles in the works, including some Wii U versions of announced games.

My suspicion is that Nintendo has basically asked the companies not to talk about anything 2014 yet, so that they have a good batch of announcements to make, probably in a Nintendo Direct some time in the next two months, providing them with a good bit of ammunition against XB1 and PS4.

Why do I say this? Because we don't even know the third Sonic game, yet. And other companies that have long supported Nintendo platforms when they've been struggling also have nothing announced for 2014... for Wii U or 3DS. In fact, the only games I'm aware of, other than major Nintendo titles, announced for either platform in 2014 are titles that were announced a long time ago, with the sole exception of Ubisoft's Child of Light.

What this guy said!

Nintendo likes to talk about the "here and now," not the, "what is coming." They think that with this strategy (and who am I or any of us to question their strategy as they lead the home console AND handheld console races,) that by putting all of their resources into the "right now" that people will buy the "right now." Talking too much about your future plans also leaves no surprises and unkowingly release ideas, among other things, to competitors. They have always been hush, hush and have always asked 3rd party developers to be hush, hush, this is true in regards to hardware and software. One can only specualte, guess and argue on exactly why they do this, which is exactly what I just did.

Either way, I have grown very, very fond of my Wii U using it daily from everything to playing games to enjoying my massive media collection through PLEX in HD through the Wii U Internet Browser on the GamePad!

People laugh at the Wii U but the sales are improving and there are PLENTY of amazing games coming within just the next few months. I feel bad for people who only own a PS3 or XBox 360... People with only negative things to say about the Wii U obviously do not own one and in most likelihood have never even played one and as far as I know, they are the only console with backwards compatibility and the choice of classic controllers, classic controller pro, pro controller, wiimote, wiimote/nunchuk, GamePad and GameCube controller (with mayflash adapter.) That is 7 different control schemes, lol... Wow...
