PS3 Entitlements back?(PS3 achievements)

Still though its one reason why multi console owners pick the xbox 360 version over the playstation 3 version of the game. Having "entitlements" on the ps3 would help hinder that effect.

 Yea i guess.  PS3 needs help to get US consumers to buy it so this is good.
