if the mobo is slightly different version than the original this will cause some other hardware issues.
your best bet is to try and reinstall windows.If that doesn't work means other hardware is screwed as well, or the guy didn't install the mobo right.
It may be worth while calling them up first to tell them what is happening after the mobo install. This being an option if you are too lazy to try and reinstall windows and backup your files (i.e. take hdd out and copy it to another hdd)
