Yep that all looks IDENTICAL to WRC4... Here's some Gran Turismo for you which was over 5 years in the making with a higher budget than any 3rd party portable title would ever be granted.

Not identical, but not very far from Dirt 2 for psp. Sorry for you, but I don't think it's coming from my eyes. It's just obvious.
WRC4 is just ugly. Maybe it's a fun game I don't know, but it's ugly for a vita game. I have played Killzone merc, Most Wanted, Wipeout 2048 and WRC4 do not even come close to their toes in terms of graphics.
Racing games without top notch graphics ? What about a knight's game without swords ?
PS VITA is beyond powerful. It's a small ps3. There's no fucking excuse for a racing game to be ugly on it. Stop trying to support any vita games at any cost mate, that makes no sense. Be realistic about those game's qualities. And that apply to all of you.

Quality exists. Same goes for mediocrity.
