Price is the only worthy advantage PS4 has over the X1, it is more powerful but not to the point where X1 games are going to be unplayable or it's going to miss games.

The rest, controller, OS, features, exclusives, what your friends have and what you're just naturally gravitating towards is entirely down to personal preference. So, if you have the extra $100 and don't mind spending that, for a lot of people it's a complete toss up.

I do love how people are making out PS4 is the whole package and you have to be "blind" to like Xbox One. There is very little in it.

Ya gotta agree with this comment. For me, it was mostly just down to price really. I don't see a point in shelling out an extra $100 for two consoles that are pratically the same. thats ony the intital cost of these things too, not including the games and xblg/psn + too. The ps4 and xbox one will both have great exclusives down the line anyways. So I just picked the cheaper one that happen to be more powerful xD If, it was the other way around with the xbone being $400, I would have gone with that in a blink of an eye . Then again, I do enjoy more ps exclusives more then xbox one's, but you get my point dammit! xD Well glad the ps4 was cheaper then lol. They are both a huge step hardware wise, it' isn't like the picking the wii u or anything like that.(there good for nin exclusives, but thats pretty much it). They will both have 3rd party support and thats where the majority of my gaming goes too.I had both a ps3 anbd xbox 360 this gen that have served me well. Like this gen I got the xbox 360 even though I had the ps2 last gen. The ps3 price was just horrendous!
