I'd go with i7-4770K personally since games will be more tuned for 8 threads due to new consoles for optimal performance. Usually a bottleneck these days is the use of HDD for games instead of SSDs in Raid-0 which I'd highly recommend, you'd think loading doesn't mean shit but it always does, just be sure to turn off your page file when using SSDs. 32GB of RAM is only good if you run VMs, otherwise 16 is enough for now. You also need to do some research on motherboards to see which one fits your style.
