Sony used the PC Battlefield 3 launch trailer video to promote BF3 on PS+.

Somehow I think you'll find some sort of excuse to say this is different.

Also, publishers dictate what can be shown at events like this.

The BF3 video linked is one from November of 2011 which is a rehost of the same video on the official BF channel and it is PC footage.
