There are two reasons for that:
1. The anti-aliasing makes pictures blurry. It can be more or less blurry depemding on the method, but it just does it, because you can't hide jaggies without some "smearing of tke lines".
2. XBox One BF4 uses a heavy sharpening and high conrast setting in the scaler settings to try and hide the lower resolution. Many folks perceive XBox One still images as "looks better than PS4", even though it is lower resolution. (This has physiological reasons I explained in another thread). The downside of this setting is visible jaggies, halos and other irritating artefacts in moving images. You get what you pay for.
