A new Y's is coming. Well not new, but a re-make.. 
Other than that. Sega is holding them hostage in Japan. Now that they bought Atlus, we can expect percentages of games coming over smaller. There is a bit hope in NIS America and Idea Factory. Sony is really the only one that can affect the outcome with some first party games.
