This law is wrong, and that is from someone who detests the act of smoking for various reasons (smell, watery eyes, coughing, ill health effects). Really bizarre that marijuana is finally making breakthroughs for personal freedom and tobacco keeps getting targeted like this. |
Alcohol is about maturity.
Not sure why smoking would be increased to 21. Doesn't make much sense.
If marijuana is ever legalized, I personally think you should have to be 21 to purchase and use it.
