So, one has the cognitive ability to vote, marry, and serve their country...but drinking and now possibly smoking is too complicated for young adults.
If anything this could help tobacco companies making smoking have a bit of edge that alcohol has with 18-20 year olds. This law is wrong, and that is from someone who detests the act of smoking for various reasons (smell, watery eyes, coughing, ill health effects). Really bizarre that marijuana is finally making breakthroughs for personal freedom and tobacco keeps getting targeted like this.
