I know it's a bit of blasphemy, but I've never been very fond of Sid Meier, so even though that's the one game on the list that's open-ended enough to be interesting for years on end, I'd still go with Mario. If you'd put Sim City, I'd probably have chosen Sim City 2000. But as it stands, I'd probably go with Super Mario World. The "SPECIAL" zones alone would probably take me a month or so to re-beat.
