Edit: Not saying there is any wrong in what he is saying but I kind of felt he is down playing the benefits of having a 1st party studio(s) a bit.

A majority of their new studios were built from the ground up and not bought although i wish that they would buy Remedy.

I think Remedy is one of those good examples of what Spencer is talking about.
