You will always have bottlenecks, it's impossible not to, demands on a system changes depending on the game or even what's on screen as to whether the GPU or CPU is going to be under the most load.

I do agree with JEMC on the CPU and Ram as well as the motherboard, especially the Ram, don't bother with 8Gb, 16Gb is the sweet spot and will give you plenty of room to move for many years to come.
I do disagree with the case though, avoid Antecs like the plague, they are dust magnets, Corsair Carbide cases are solid pieces of kit. - Be aware though Corsair Cases aren't exactly known for the best airflow. (Which is fine if you go closed water cooling.)

Get yourself a decent case and Power Supply as they both will/can outlive the PC.
Something along the lines of the Corsair HX/AX or Seasonic X-650/Seasonic XP-660 if you intend to stick to single GPU's, go for the 800-850w models if you even remotely intend to go Dual-GPU in the future.
