It worked, but it wasn't exactly the best experience; you just had a load of files and folders. It would be cool if they had improved upon it, look at what you have with Plex:

The real problem was the lack of the n protocol, restricting speed to 54mb/s. No room for HD videos with this bandwidth. I was more than certain tha PS4 would easily reach 300mb/s and couldn't wait for it. Now I am disappointed.
